RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE DISTRIBUTION AND SALE OF GAS

SECTION 1 – RATES AND CHARGES

Rates

The rate for all consumption shall be:

Residential $13.2275	$8.6075	$4.62
Commercial $12.2275	$8.6075	$3.62

Monthly Service Charge – In addition to the charges determined from the contact rates, each residential Customer, and space-heating Customers of up to 4,000 square feet, must pay a monthly service charge of $8.00 per each billing month. Each commercial Customer must pay a monthly service charge of $35.00 per month and all other Customers must pay $75.00 per month.
